Nigerian Chess player and coach, Tunde Onakoya, said, the fact that, “Nigerians are incredibly successful around the world” makes him “so proud”.
Onakoya said, whenever he takes a walk around Canary Wharf, a privately-owned financial district of London, England, he meets at least five (5) Nigerians.
He sais, these Nigerians are either working at JP Morgan or one of the “towering firms”.
Tinde Onakoya wrote: “Every time I take a walk around Canary wharf, I get stopped by at least 5 Nigerians either working at JP Morgan or one of the towering firms that line the skyline.
“Nigerians are incredibly successful around the world. It makes me so proud.”
Onakoya is the current holder of the Guinness World Record for the longest Chess marathon.
