Chairman, Caretaker Committee of the Labour Party (LP), Senator Nenadi Usman, said, she travelled with former Governor of Anambra State, Mr. Peter Obi, to extend her “heartfelt condolences” to the Governor of Katsina State, Dikko Umaru Radda, over the passing of his “beloved” mother, Hajiya Safara’u Umaru Barbari.
She said, “Losing a mother is an immeasurable loss, as she is often the pillar of love, wisdom, and strength in a family.”
In her condolence, Senator Nenadi Usman wrote:
Yesterday, I had the solemn honour of travelling to Katsina alongside Mr. Peter Obi to extend my heartfelt condolences to His Excellency, Governor Dikko Umaru Radda, on the passing of his beloved mother, Hajiya Safara’u Umaru Barbari.
Losing a mother is an immeasurable loss, as she is often the pillar of love, wisdom, and strength in a family. In this moment of grief, my thoughts and prayers are with Governor Radda, his family, and all those who cherished Hajiya Safara’u. May they find comfort in the legacy of kindness and values she left behind.
I pray that the Almighty grants them the strength to bear this loss and that He bestows His infinite mercy upon her soul, granting her eternal rest in Aljannah Firdaus.
