Supreme Court affirms Tinubu as President: ‘We pray for progress and unity of Nigeria’ – Governor Adeleke

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) was affirmed as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by the Supreme Court on Thursday 26 October, 2023 after dismissing appeals by the 2023 Presidential candidates of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) ans Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi.

The Osun State Governor said, the Southwestern State “is committed to partnering with you to deliver good governance”, praying for “progress and unity of Nigeria”.

Governor Adeleke said: “On behalf of people of Osun State, I extend my congratulations to President @officialABAT on the Supreme Court’s affirmation of your election.


“Osun is committed to partnering with you to deliver good governance for our people. We pray for progress, unity & prosperity of Nigeria.”
