Russia-Ukraine: ‘We will present our victory plan to put an end to Russian aggression’ – President Zelenskyy

President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said, “We will present the Victory Plan and put an end to Russian aggression.”

The Ukrainian President made the statement ahead of the 25th Ramstein meeting on October 12.

Several Ukrainian cities including, Lviv, Poltava, Kharkiv have been struck recently by Russian missiles, leaving dozens dead with properties destroyed.

President Zelenskyy said: “We are preparing for the 25th Ramstein meeting on October 12, which will be the first to take place at the leaders’ level.


We will present the Victory Plan—clear, concrete steps towards a just end to the war. The determination of our partners and the strengthening of Ukraine are what can stop Russian aggression.


We extend our gratitude to everyone who is helping to defend our state, Europe, and the entire world.


“In the coming days, our teams—government officials and diplomats—will engage in political consultations, while the military personnel will focus on filling the military aspects of the Victory Plan. This can quickly bolster Ukraine’s positions, particularly at the front lines. Everything outlined in the Plan is entirely achievable for our partners. The world has the resources of strengthening, which will allow to move forward according to the Peace Formula.


Our goal, our mission, is to ensure a secure and lasting peace for Ukraine. This can only be achieved on the basis of international law, without any compromises on sovereignty or territorial integrity. As outlined in the Peace Formula. Ukraine seeks true and just peace—a guaranteed protection from war. This is possible only in strong positions and only when both our people and our partners are truly united.”
