The National Orientation Agency (NOA) has hailed Nigeria Immigration Officer, Prince Orji Ogochukwu, after “bravely” rejecting a ₦10 million bribe from a suspected ritualist.
The Agency said, Ogochukwu’s “courageous stand” is a “shining example” of the sort of Leadership Nigeria needs, adding, this is happening at a time when moral values are constantly tested”.
The NOA said, Ogochukwu’s patriotic act, as well as, “moral strength goes hope for a better Nigeria.”
In its official praise, the NOA wrote via its official X account: “Integrity in Action!
“NOA heartily commend Nigeria Immigration Officer Prince Orji Ogochukwu, who bravely rejected a ₦10 million bribe from a suspected ritualist. In a time when moral values are constantly tested, his courageous stand is a shining example of the kind of leadership our nation needs.
