In his reaction to Peter Obi’s ₦50 million donation to Dominican University, Samonda, Oyo State, Reno Omokri said: “A month ago, I called out Peter Obi for focusing most of his donations on the Southeast and totally ignoring the Southwest. Today, Mr. Obi visited the Dominican University, Samonda, Oyo State, and donated ₦50 million. This is his first-ever donation to a school In Southwestern Nigeria, and it shows that he is a listening leader who takes into account genuine feedback to correct his unintended errors.

“As such, I must commend Peter Obi for displaying humility and generosity. Additionally, he has shown that he is willing to learn and grow. These are traits that people of goodwill will find praiseworthy.
