‘Anyone who thinks Kemi becoming PM is going to have a positive impact on Nigeria and Nigerians is being delusional’ – Convo between Moghalu and Aisha Yesufu

A conversation between President, African School of Governance (ASG), Kingsley Moghalu, and Nigerian political activist, Aisha Yesufu, on Kemi Badenoch.

Moghalu tweeted: “The bottom line of the

@KemiBadenoch identity-politics controversy around her Nigerian origin is this: even if she were to become the UK Prime Minister tomorrow morning, it would have absolutely ZERO implications (or benefits even) for Nigeria and Nigerians.

“So why all the fuss? Nigerian leaders and Nigerians should fix Nigeria’s problems. “Claiming” Kemi or her “denying” Nigeria won’t solve them.”

Aisha Yesufu quoted Kingsley Moghalu’s tweet and commented: “Anyone who thinks that Kemi becoming Prime Minister is going to have a positive impact on Nigeria and Nigerians is being delusional to put it mildly!

Nigeria and Nigerians will suffer the most! She is insecure about her Nigerianess and will do everything to show she is not like ‘them’ so will over compensate as she is already doing and come after anything with N.”

The Convo:

Anyone who thinks that Kemi becoming Prime Minister is going to have a positive impact on Nigeria and Nigerians is being delusional to put it mildly!
