2023 Elections: PDP Presidential candidate Atiku ‘led delegation on courtesy visit’ to Goodluck Jonathan

Atiku Abubakar, the presidential flagbearer of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for the 2023 presidential election, has disclosed, he “led a delegation on a courtesy visit” to the residence of former President of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, in Abuja.

The “Waziri Adamawa” went on the “courtesy visit” alongside his running mate, current Governor of Delta State, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa.

The PDP Presidential candidate, on his official Twitter account, wrote: “Last night, I led a delegation alongside my Vice Presidential candidate, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa @IAOkowa, on a courtesy visit to former president Goodluck Jonathan @GEJonathan, at his residence in Abuja.”

Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, Vice Presidential candidate of the PDP, on his official Twitter account, wrote: “Last night, alongside our presidential Candidate, Alhaji @Atiku Abubakar, we had a great meeting with our former President, H.E. @GEJonathan. There we discussed our plans to #RecoverNigeria with His Excellency.”
