A security review has commenced across the United Kingdom (UK) military bases after pro-Palestinian activists broke into RAF Brize Norton and sprayed two military planes with red paint.

According to Downing Street, the incident had not intercepted any planned movements of aircraft or discontinued any operations.

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) made known, it is working in collaboration with Thames Valley Police, which is in charge of the investigation.

@Pal_action tweeted: “BREAKING: Palestine Action break into RAF Brize Norton and damage two military aircrafts.

“Flights depart daily from the base to RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus…”

Kemi Badenoch quoted @Pal_action tweet and commented: “The security breach at Brize Norton is deeply concerning.

“This is not lawful protest, it is politically motivated criminality.

“We must stop tolerating terrorist or extremist groups that seek to undermine our society. The full force of the law must come down on those responsible.”
