According to Al Jazeera: “an Azerbaijan Airlines plane crashed after requesting an emergency landing in Kazakhstan. At least 28 people survived the crash.”

The Azerbaijan Airlines Plane which conveyed 62 passengers crashed near the Kazakhstan city of Aktau; it was en route from the Azerbaijani capital of Baku to the Russian city of Grozny in the North Caucasus.
At least thirty-eight (38) have died following the unfortunate incident.
