The Israeli PM also “thanked President Vučić personally for his involvement in efforts to free the hostages, including Alon Ohel, who holds Serbian citizenship.”

Netanyahu said, “we share a crucial goal – to return all of our hostages safely back to Israel, including Alon Ohel, who is being held captive by the Hamas terrorists.”

According to PM Netanyahu: “I had an important meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, where I expressed my deep gratitude for Serbia’s unwavering support of Israel and the strong friendship between our nations. I also thanked President Vučić personally for his involvement in efforts to free the hostages, including Alon Ohel, who holds Serbian citizenship.

The relations between Serbia and Israel are stronger than ever and continue to grow. However, we share a crucial goal – to return all of our hostages safely back to Israel, including Alon Ohel, who is being held captive by the Hamas terrorists. This is unacceptable, and the suffering of their families is immense.

I truly appreciate Serbia’s support in these efforts. All civilized nations must unite to put an end to this horrific situation. I extend my heartfelt thanks to President Vučić for his friendship and the efforts of the Serbian government on behalf of the hostages. Together, we will continue to stand strong. @avucic “
