The France playmaker picked up the injury in Wednesday’s match against Montpellier, a game the Les Parisiens won 3-1. He has been ruled out for three weeks.
The 24-year missed two penalties and an open goal, and was forced out after 21 minutes.
French Ligue 1 Kings, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) will lock horns with German Bundesliga Kings, Bayern Munich, on Tuesday 14 February, 2023 in the first leg of the last 16 tie in France.
The second leg will take place on 14 March, 2023 in Germany.
After 26 encounters for PSG, Mbappe has scored 25 goals this season.
