Lucas Paqueta and Michail Antonio scored second-half goals as Hammers cruise to 3-1 victory against the Blues at home.
Nayef Aguerd scored the opener for West Ham United in the 7th minute before 19-year old Carney Chukwuemeka levelled for Mauricio Pochettino’s side in the 28th minute.
The Hammers were reduced to ten (10) men when Aguerd was shown a second yellow card in the 67th minute.
Raheem Sterling earned Chelsea a penalty, however, World Cup winner, Enzo Fernandez’s low spot-kick was beautifully saved by Alphonse Areola.
In his post-match comments, Hammers goalkeeper, Areola, said: “I was quite confident on the penalty. I was ready”
