According to Reno Omokri: “What is the purpose of prominent Obidients telling their fellow Obidients that the PEPC is tricking them by announcing that its verdict will be televised live and asking their followers to gather at the Presidential Election Petition Court tomorrow?

“Where else is this done on Earth? This is beyond #AllEyesOnTheJudiciary. It is an attempt to intimidate the judiciary. And as you guys are trooping to the PEPC, will Peter Obi’s children be there with you in case things turn violent? Whether we like it or not, the honourable judges of the PEPC can only act on the facts before them. What do you Obidients want to go and do at the PEPC? To fight the judges? To force them to give a judgment favourable to Peter Obi? To trigger another #EndSARS? Precisely, what is your agenda? You guys have been coup-baiting for weeks. Then, the NLC chairman, who openly supported Peter Obi, called for a two day strike. And now this?”
The final judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) will be delivered tomorrow, Wednesday 6 September, 2023, as announced by the Court of Appeal, Nigeria.
