She made this statement in support of an article by American News platform, NBC News, which says, “The Supreme Court for the second time in two months allowed the Biden administration to enforce regulations to clamp down on so-called ghost guns — the firearm-making kits available online that can be assembled at home.”

Governor Hochul quoted the tweet by NBC News and commented: “Ghost guns can be ordered online, assembled at a kitchen table, and used by harmful individuals undetected.

“These weapons are extremely dangerous — and that’s why New York banned them almost two years ago.

“This is welcome news for communities across America.”
