The “Nigerian cooking queen” as described by the Guinness World Records (GWR) dethroned India’s Lata Tondon who set the record in 2019.
Baci cooked for 91 hours and 21 minutes beating Tondon’s time of 87 hours 45 minutes.
She said, “I’m so happy to have held a record so prestigious and grateful for all the ove and support.”
Baci has now been dethroned by Alan Fisher from Ireland after he cooked for 119 hours and 57 minutes at his restaurant, Kyojin Stewhouse, in Japan.
She described Fisher’s feat as a “great achievement”, wishing him “all the best” in his future endeavours.
Baci said: “I’m so happy to have held a record so prestigious and profound I will forever be honored and grateful for all the love and support.”
