Diri “stated the fact that Bayelsa is one of the safest states in Nigeria and urged the Korean Government and other investors to come and invest in the State”.
According to Governor Diri: “Today in company of my ever supportive Deputy Governor, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Abraham Ingobere, and other top Government functionaries, I received agricultural equipment donated to the State by the South Korean Government.
The hand over made by the visiting South Korean Ambassador to Nigeria, His Excellency, Kim Pan-Kyu at the School To-Land premises, Edepie along Imiringi road, Yenagoa, is a testament to our revolutionary drive to boost agriculture, particularly rice production in the state.
On the occasion, I appreciated the South Korean Government for the gesture and appealed to Ambassador Pan-Kyu, for the continued collaboration to attract investment opportunities to Bayelsa State.
I stated the fact that Bayelsa is one of the safest states in Nigeria and urged the Korean Government and other investors to come and invest in the State.”
