Leicester City’s spot in the Championship (2025/26) has been confirmed.
This is coming after Ruud Van Nistelrooy’s Foxes’ lone goal defeat in the hands of Liverpool on Sunday.
Trent Alexander-Arnold’s goal in the 76th minute was enough for Arne Slot’s Liverpool in the Premier League match at King Power Stadium on Sunday 20 April, 2025.
Liverpool remain toppers with 79 points, trailed by Arsenal who have amassed 66 points, while Leicester City are 19th with 18 points.
Leicester City wrote: “Today’s result means our place in the 25/26 Championship has been confirmed.”
