Nigerian Lawyer, Inibehe Effiong, said: “Dr. Reuben Abati is being attacked online by surrogates and supporters of President Tinubu for rightfully stating that Tinubu has committed an impeachable offence.
So, you are offended by calls for Tinubu’s impeachment despite that impeachment of a President is constitutionally provided for, but you are at the same time defending Tinubu for suspending a Governor and a Deputy Governor despite that there is no constitutional provision that allows for it.
“Impeachment of a President that is constitutionally allowed should not be discussed, but the unconstitutional suspension of the governor is acceptable to you.
“We have a lot of evil people masquerading as citizens in this country.”
