Chelsea Football Club have confirmed striker, Armando Broja, has completed a permanent transfer to Burnley, newly promoted side.
Broja joined the Chelsea Academy as an Under-9 and was constantly developed as he scaled through the youth levels at Cobham. Armando got a call-up to Albania’s Under-21s while still a first-year scholar and followed that by netting 23 goals in 33 games during the 2019/20 season.
The striker put pen to paper on a professional contract with Chelsea, and his first-team debut was recorded as a late substitute in a victory over Everton in March 2020. He was also a member of the squad for the Uefa Champions League round of 16 against Bayern Munich a few months later.
Broja amassed more Premier League experience with loan spells at Fulham and Everton across the past two seasons.
