English sharpshooter, Harry Kane, netted a hat-trick to help Vincent Kompany’s side clinch all three points.
Kane got back to goalscoring form, netting thrice for the Bavarians in the 57th, 60th and 80th minutes, and Kingsley Coman sealed win for the hosts in the 87th minute.
With this outcome, Bayern Munich remain toppers with 17 points while VfB Stuttgart are 9th with 9 points.
