Bayern Munich board member for sport, Max Eberl, has expressed his joy following the signing of forward, Michael Olise, from Crystal Palace.

Eberl said, “Michael Olise is a player who can make the difference with his style of play”, adding, “We want new impetus in our team, new energy, new ideas – that’s what players like Michael Olise stand for”.
22-year old Michael Olise put pen to paper to play for Bayern Munich for five (5) years; until June, 2029.
Max Eberl said: “Michael Olise is a player who can make the difference and attracted great interest with his style of play. We want new impetus in our team, new energy, new ideas – that’s what players like Michael Olise stand for. During the talks, he quickly signalled that he really wanted to join FC Bayern. We’re very much looking forward to him. He will enrich our game.”
Olise, born in London, climbed through the youth systems at Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City before joining Reading, where he made his senior debut in March 2019.
He moved to Crystal Palace for the 2021/22 season.
