Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s election as President has been affirmed by the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) on Wednesday 6 September, 2023.

The 2023 Presidential Election conducted on Saturday 25 February, 2023 produced Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
“This petition accordingly lacks merit. I affirm the return of Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the duly elected President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The parties are to bear their cost,” Leader of the five-man panel, Justice Haruna Tsammani said.
