Bayern Munich new head coach, Thomas Tuchel, said, Jamal Musiala will play better for the German Champions from “outside box”.

He made this statement at a press conference ahead of the DFB Pokal match between his side, Bayern Munich and Freiburg at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday 4 April, 2023.
Jamal Musiala is a 20-year old attacking midfielder who fields for German Bundesliga club, Bayern Munich, and the Germany National Football Team.
Former Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) manager, Thomas Tuchel, replaced Julian Nagelsmann as Bayern Munich manager following “up-and-down performances” by the latter, as disclosed by the club’s Sporting Director, Hasan Salihamidzic.
Tuchel said: “It would be careless to play him for 90 minutes. He got 20 against Dortmund and we can build that steadily. It depends on the game.
“I feel his best position is just outside box. It’s a real pleasure to work with him. He’s so good at stealing the ball. There are a lot of options for him, whether as a number 8, a number 10 or out wide.”
