Buhari called on the people of Adamawa State to support Senator Aisha Binani’s 2023 Adamawa governorship bid and “ensure her victory”, saying her winning will “set a record in our nation’s history & politics”.
Also present at the event: the 2023 presidential candidate of the party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the National Chairman of the Party, Abdullahi Adamu.
He said: “The people of Adamawa have the opportunity to set a record in our nation’s history & politics, by putting into office Nigeria’s first elected female Governor. I am calling on all the people of Adamawa, and Nigeria, to support Senator Aisha Binani, and ensure her victory in March!”
