Lina Souloukou steps down as CEO of Nottingham Forest

Lina Souloukou has made the decision to step down as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Premier League club, Nottingham Forest, at the end of the season.

This was made known via an official statement from Nottingham Forest on Friday 5 June, 2026.

The Statement reads: “Nottingham Forest Football Club can confirm that, following discussions with the Club, Lina Souloukou has decided to step down from her role as Chief Executive Officer at the end of the season.”

Lina joined the Tricky Trees at the beginning of 2025, and has played a key role during a period of huge success, both on and off the pitch.

She said, after making “incredible progress” at the City Ground, it is time to part ways, adding, she has enjoyed her time at Nottingham Forest “enormously”.

According to the Statement, Lina said: “It has been an honour to serve as the Chief Executive of Nottingham Forest. I have enjoyed my time here enormously and feel that we have made incredible progress under the ownership of Evangelos Marinakis.”

The Club expressed its gratitude to Lina for her “contribution” and prayed her well for the future.

Nottingham Forest finished the Premier League 2025/26 on the 16th spot of that table with forty-four (44) points.
