The date for the commencement of the 2026/27 pre-season is now confirmed for the first team of Barcelona Football Club.
FC Barcelona, guided by German manager, Hansi Flick, are set to return to work on July 13 with the usual medical check-ups and physical tests.
The Catalans will kick-off training at the Ciutat Esportiva and there will be a pre-season stage in England.
From July 27 to August 3, 2026, Barcelona will be at St George’s Park, one of the top venues for football in England, as well as, a constant base for the England Senior National Team.
Barcelona have used the venue on two occasions before, during pre-season in the summers of 2014 and 2016.
Hansi Flick’s Barcelona are the Winners of the La Liga 2025/26 after amassing ninety-six (96) points, with Real Madrid trailing by ten (10) points.
The 2025/26 season was Flick’s second with Barcelona, and he has now won the Spanish top flight twice successively, including the 2024/25.
