Harry Kane has been in the mood of celebration after his heroics helped Bayern Munich to a stunning DFB Cup victory on Saturday in Berlin, the Capital and largest City of Germany.
The England Captain netted a hat-trick for Vincent Kompany’s Bayern Munich in the DFB Cup 2025/26 final at Olympiastadion to win 3-0 against VfB Stuttgart.
Kane, who has been named in the England squad for the FIFA World Cup 2026, splashed beautiful photos of himself with the DFB trophy, and his teammates.
The goal machine wrote on X: “We did it!! Pokal winners!”
In one of the photos, the Englishman is seen jubilating with the match all and winners medal.
Kane, since kicking off his pro career has never won a trophy until he made the move to Bayern Munich, where he started winning trophies back-to-back.
At Premier League club, Tottenham Hotspur, where he played for a whopping fourteen (14) years, from 2009 to 2023, the best he won was runner-up in the Uefa Champions League 2018/19.
Liverpool defeated Tottenham 2-0 in the final at Wanda Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid, Spain on 1 June, 2019. It was the Reds 6th UCL title.
After being among the players named to represent England, led by former Paris Saint-Germaine (PSG) manager, Thomas Tuchel, at the FIFA World Cup 2026, Kane expressed his joy, and said, he never takes moments like this “for granted”, adding, it is what he has wished for as a kid.
Kane wrote on X: “Extremely proud to be going to another World Cup. Never take these moments for granted – it’s what you dream of as a kid. Can’t wait to get out there!!”
The victory on Saturday against VfB Stuttgart means Bayern Munich finished the season with domestic double – Bundesliga 2025/26 and DFB Cup 2025/26.
