Senator Shehu Sani has commended West African nation, Burkina Faso, for its “decision to scrap visa fees for Africans”.
Sani charged other African countries to “emulate this Pan Africanist gesture”; and advised, Africans should make the move to travel to other African countries for “business and tourism”.
Senator Shehu Sani wrote: “Burkina Faso’s decision to scrap visa fees for Africans is commendable. Other African countries should emulate this Pan Africanist gesture.
“Africans should explore visiting other African countries for business and tourism instead of hustling to other countries they are not welcomed, and constantly being humiliated and chased out.”
