Aircraft Collision At Reagan Airport: ‘Horrifying. May God be with all those impacted by this heartbreaking accident’ – Pelosi

52nd Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, prayed, “may God be with all those impacted by this heartbreaking accident” after learning about the “horrifying” aircraft Collision which happened at the Reagan Airport, Washington DC on Wednesday evening.

A passenger plane carrying sixty-four (64) people collided with an Army Black Hawk Helicopter at the freezing Potomac River.

So far, eighteen (18) bodies have been recovered, however, officials say, the exact death toll is yet to be ascertained as rescue works are ongoing.

The pieces of the passenger plane are seen in the waters.

Nancy Pelosi wrote: “As we learn more about the horrifying aircraft collision at Reagan National Airport, my prayers are with the souls onboard, their loved ones and the first responders.


May God be with all those impacted by this heartbreaking accident.”
