Senator Shehu Sani has reacted following United States’s new visa policy which affect Nigeria.
The Senator said, “three months is enough” for anyone to travel to the US and return to “your ancestral home”.
In its response, Nigerian government said, the move by America “misaligned with principles of mutual respect”, and urged the American government to reconsider its new visa policy.
The restriction adversely affect Nigerian students who seek academic opportunities and families that visit their loved ones.
Senator Sani reacted: “Three months visa is enough for you to go and come back to your ancestral home where you belong.”
