Following the revival of the Port Harcourt Refinery in Rivers State, Arise TV host, Rufai Oseni, has said, “I knew the NNPC was just scamming”, adding, “now the information is out the refinery just blended c5 and Naptha”.

The news of the Revival of the Port Harcourt Refinery was met with mixed reactions; some were celebrating while some were skeptical about the information.
Oseni had earlier reacted, saying, “the truth will come out…”, and was heavily blasted by those who accepted the new wholeheartedly, saying, he ought to be happy about the news.
According to Rufai Oseni: “When I started teasing about the Portharcourt refinery saying they were blending. I knew the NNPC was just scamming and now the information is out the refinery just blended c5 and Naptha.
I will keep defending the truth for God and country!”
