According to the Delta State Government: “Governor Sheriff Oborevwori reiterated his administration’s commitment to fulfilling timely payments to contractors, stating that the government processes payments schedule on weekly basis upon certificate submission.
“Speaking during an inspection of the Orere Bridge in Ughelli South, Governor Oborevwori emphasized the project’s significance and economic benefits noting that it will enhance accessibility for over 15 riverine communities. He urged the contractors to expedite work, stating that the inspections were to ascertain their work and performance.
“Governor Oborevwori also inspected the 46km Ohoror-Bomadi Road linking Ughelli North, Ughelli South, Patani, Burutu and Bomadi Local Government Areas.”
