Lucky Aiyedatiwa of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has extended mercy to forty-three (43) prisoners in commemoration of his swearing in as 7th Governor of Ondo State.
Alongside his Deputy, Olayide Adelami, Aiyedatiwa who succeeded former Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, were sworn in as 7th Governor and Deputy Governor of Ondo State on Monday 24 February, 2025.
According to Ondo APC: “In a significant act of compassion and justice, the Governor of Ondo State, Dr. @LuckyAiyedatiwa, has announced the extension of grace and mercy to 43 convicts, to commemorate his swearing-in.”
