In his birthday message to Mallam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, former Governor of Kaduna State, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, former Vice President, prayed, “many happy returns in good health”.
The former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) was born on 16 February, 1960 in Daudawa, Katsina State, Nigeria.
Atiky wrote: “Happy birthday, my younger brother Mallam @elrufai. On behalf of my family, I wish you many happy returns in good health and service to the country and our people.”
