Bala Mohammed, Executive Governor of Bauchi State, has “indicated his plan to join the ADC”.
This was made known by the Spox of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Bolaji Abdullahi, via X, on Wednesday.
The indication to move to the Coalition Party by Mohammed is coming after Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, former Governor of Kano State, announced he has officially joined the ADC.
The ADC has made known, its mission is to unseat the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), as well as, prioritise the welfare of the people of Nigeria.
Abdullahi said, after learning of Mohammed’s signal to join the ADC, the ‘Broom’ Party wasted no time and sent its National Chairman alongside Governors to the Northeastern State to “beg” the Governor.
Kwankwaso immediately made his decision and joined the ADC after a meeting with former Labour Party (LP) member, Peter Obi, in Kano State.
Bolaji Abdullahi posted: “The hustle is real!
“A few hours after Governor Bala Mohammed indicated his plan to join the ADC, the APC dispatched its National Chairman and governors to Bauchi to beg him, promising to receive him on his terms. So, it takes only one defection to bring these people down from their haughty horses.
“But we know it is too late. Sorry.
“ADC is rising.
“Nigeria is rising.”
