Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Umo Eno, has directed the Accountant General to ensure 13th month “Eno-mber” salary is paid to workers ahead of Christmas.
The Governor made this known via X. He explained, he gave the directive so the workers of the South-South State can celebrate Yuletide with “ease”.
Governor Eno said: “I have directed the Accountant General to pay the 13th-month Eno-mber salary before Christmas, so our workers can celebrate with ease. Happy New Month.”
