Executive Governor of Adamawa State, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has handed over twenty-three (23) SUVs to the State’s judiciary officers.
The Governor made the announcement on Thursday 31 July, 2025.
Fintiri said, the move is part of his administration’s “unwavering” commitment to strengthen the Justice system in the Northwestern State.
The hand over of the SUVs is coming few days after flood ravaged some communities in the State’s Capital, Yola.
The disaster claimed lives and left many others with various degrees of injury.
Following the flood, the Governor directed more relief materials to be made available to IDP Camp.

Governor Fintiri announced on X: “I have handed over 23 brand new SUVs to our judiciary officers as part of our unwavering commitment to strengthening the justice system in Adamawa State.
“We remain focused on building institutions that work, and a judiciary that delivers justice without fear or favour.”
