Executive Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, announced, his government in partnership with the United States (US) Mission and GFA Technologies Group, has launched the American Window at the Ogun Tech Hub.
The move opens a “new gateway to global knowledge, innovation, and opportunity for our youth.”
The Governor said, the American Window is beyond being “just a space”, adding, it is a “dynamic platform that connects local aspirations with international possibilities through digital resources”.
Abiodun said, his government is committed to creating a “digitally empowered workforce.”
Governor Abiodun posted on X: “Today’s launch of the American Window at the Ogun Tech Hub marks a transformative step in our digital journey as a state. In partnership with the United States Mission and GFA Technologies Group, we have opened a new gateway to global knowledge, innovation, and opportunity for our youth.
“This initiative is not just a space—it is a dynamic platform that connects local aspirations with international possibilities through digital resources, skill-building, and collaborative programming.
“As a government, we remain committed to building a digitally empowered workforce and fostering a knowledge-driven economy.
“The American Window reflects our core belief in partnerships, inclusivity, and innovation as drivers of progress. We call on our young people to seize this moment and on global partners to join us in shaping Ogun State into a hub of creativity and excellence.
“Together, we are building a future where technology serves as both tool and bridge for sustainable development.
“We are also intentional about ensuring that this initiative becomes a catalyst for broader digital transformation across Ogun State.
“Through sustained investments in infrastructure, education, and human capital development, we are laying the foundation for a resilient digital ecosystem that attracts investors, supports entrepreneurs, and equips our citizens—especially the youth—with the tools needed to compete and thrive globally.
