Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Umo Eno, has congratulated Her Excellency, Dr. (Mrs.) Ekaette Unoma Akpabio after her conferment of a Doctor of Philosophy (Honoris Causa) in Educational Management by the University of Calabar.
Eno said, “over the years, you have played a pivotal role in advancing education and championing humanitarian causes”, adding, “your dedication to shaping young minds and mentoring the next generation is truly inspiring”.
