This feat is coming following the Magpies’ 2-0 win over Arsenal in the EFL Cup semi final first leg match on Tuesday 7 January, 2025 at Emirates Stadium; goals scored by Alexander Isak and Anthony Gordon.
Howe took over as head coach of Newcastle United from Steve Bruce and has beautifully transformed the club into a force in English football.
He led the Magpies to the final of the EFL Cup 2022/23, however, lost 0-2 to Manchester United; also helped the club qualify for the 2023/24 Uefa Champions League where he got eliminated in the group stages.
