The US President said, “We have to build back better and stronger than before.”
According to Biden: “Today, I’m proud to announce my Administration is delivering $3 billion in funding from my Inflation Reduction Act to help clean up and modernize ports in 27 states and territories.
It’s not enough to just rebuild America.
We have to build back better and stronger than before.”
