Israel V Hamas: Fallen abducted Israeli soldier rescued and brought back – IDF

The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) has revealed, “a fallen IDF soldier who was abducted on October 7 and held hostage in Gaza was rescued and brought back to Israel.”

“The soldier fell during the October 7 Massacre and his body was taken hostage into Gaza”, IDF further revealed.

In the morning of Saturday 7 October, 2023, Palestinian fighters, known as, Hamas, launched a surprise attack on Israel, killing thousands of Israelis with many others taken hostage.

According to IDF: “A fallen IDF soldier who was abducted on October 7 and held hostage in Gaza was rescued and brought back to Israel. 


The soldier fell during the October 7 Massacre and his body was taken hostage into Gaza. His family has been notified. At the request of his family, his name will not be published. We send our deepest condolences to the family and will continue to accompany them.”
