Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, has made it clear while in a meeting with representatives of families of hostages and fallen soldiers that, Israeli forces will invade the city of Rafah “with or without a deal” so as to “achieve complete victory” over Hamas.

The US President said: “The decisions the U.S. and our partners make now will determine the course of our future for decades to come.

“This week, I welcomed His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan and Romanian President Iohannis to the White House to write a future of closer coordination and stability.

“On Monday, King Abdullah II and I discussed developments in Gaza and our commitment to work towards an end to the crisis.

“We agree on the need for the release of hostages, a ceasefire that allows aid to flow through Gaza, a pathway to a Palestinian state, and a secure Israel.”
