Arsenal fell 0-2 to Aston Villa in the Premier League 2023/24 match at Emirates Stadium on Sunday 14 April, 2024, ending their 11-League game unbeaten run.

Late goals from Leon Bailey and Ollie Watkins in the 83rd and 86th minutes respectively saw Unai Emery’s side cart home all three points in London.

The Gunners had a beautiful performance in the first 45 minutes and created several chances, however, were unable to convert.

With this outcome, Manchester City have taken the top spot with 73 points after a 5-1 thrashing of Luton Town on Saturday 13 April, 2024 at Etihad Stadium, while Arsenal and Liverpool are second and third respectively with 71 points each.

Aston Villa who are seriously chasing a spot in the Uefa Champions League 2024/25 are fourth with 63 points.

HC: Almost like what happened last season. Arsenal always messing up towards the end of the season!
