Super Eagles of Nigeria have scaled through the Group Stages of the 2023 CAF Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON) after defeating Guinea-Bissau by a lone goal in the final Group A match.

Equatorial Guinea alongside Nigeria finished Group A as Leaders and Runners-up respectively.
The Super Eagles expressed gratitude to fans for their “support”, while they “stay humble and focused” as they progress into the AFCON 2023 round of 16.
Group A had host country, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea and Guinea-Bissau.
Following their qualification into the knockouts of the tournament, Super Eagles wrote: “Qualified Our journey in the Afcon 2023 continues. We stay humble and focused.
