Actor Femi Ogunrombi, widely known by his stage name, Papa Ajasco, in the highly popular TV comedy series titled ‘Papa Ajasco and Company’, has died.

Wale Adenuga Productions (WAP) said the death of Femi Ogunrombi was made known by “Dr. Hussein Shaibu in a tweet on his official Twitter handle”.
WAP announced: “It is sad to say goodbye to our one-time ‘Papa Ajasco’ actor, Femi Ogunrombi.
“Dr. Husseini Shaibu disclosed the death of Ogunrombi in a tweet on his official Twitter handle.
“Late Femi, joined the popular TV Comedy, Papa Ajasco & Company, created and produced by Wale Adenuga Productions (WAP), to temporarily portray the role of the titular chatacter “Papa Ajasco” as a stand-in for Abiodun Ayoyinka, who is presently playing the role.
“May Femi Ogunrombi’s soul rest in perfect peace.”
