The home side clinched a 3-1 triumph over their visitors as the poor form of the reigning Ligue 1 champions lingers.

Aleksandr Golovin and Wissam Ben Yedder found the back of the net early, in the 4th and 18th minutes respectively, to hand Monaco a two-goal lead, however, the visitors hustled and reduced the deficit through Warren Zaire-Emery in the 39th minute.

Ben Yedder restored the hosts’ two-goal advantage in the 2nd minute of additional time of the first half to make it 3-1.

PSG who fielded without injured forwards, Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi, were unable to launch a comeback.
