South Korea Plane Crash: German Chancellor Scholz send condolences

German Chancellor, Bundeskanzler Olaf Scholz, has sent his condolences to the families of victims of the plane crash in South Korea.

The plane operated by Jeju Air crashed at the Main International Airport in Muan, South Korea.

181 people were on board the plane, 179 died, only two (2) were rescued – the two are flight crew members.

Scholz wrote: “We have received the terrible news of a plane crash in South Korea with many fatalities. Our condolences go out to the families of those killed in the crash and we wish those injured a speedy recovery.”
