Ed Sheeran’s wife, Cherry Seaborn, who he got married to in 2019, was told she had a tumour while pregnant with their child number two.
The English singer-songwriter said, there was “no route to treatment until after the birth”.
At the time, Ed Sheeran was in court battling with a copyright trial.
Via a handwritten message posted on social media, he said: “the devastating impact of those events “changed my life, my mental health, and ultimately the way I viewed music”.
The singer did not provide any further information on his wife’s health.
